As when you go on 0800 611 116 or 0800 358 5453 the lady says “you are waiting in line with 150 others and the waiting time tome is 34 minutes” – but after waiting twice that time after one hour still no response, ; so the system is broken.
Gee 10 minutes after posting the blog above we got a lady picking up our line on hold and we had a chat, so expect a long wait is what we take out of this.
