    A suspect, open source blog, with no ‘power to Government’ or stamp of institution or Air crash Investigation or International Justice – gets to be the authority on The 6pm Friday night news, definitively BLAMING Russian Federation troops for the war crime of civilian passenger jet shootdown !

    No spokesperson from the Hague or Washington or the NTSB; nor the NATO gravity centers of this terror event. No General. No Secretary of STATE . No President OBAMA, no;

    but Eliot Higins of Bellingcat.

    Because he would know.
