1. We are tall children. Hans Christian Anderson realised this. Some of the best children’s moral stories came out of Germany. If we don’t get a workable understanding of human values, kindness and practicality and of human deviousness and your own, as children absorbing life lessons, we all can end up falling for Germany’s leader’s hyperbole again…and again…and so it goes (Kurt Vonnegut – wrote modern morality fables.)
