if you ignore both heads – this is the body dysmorphia of a large amount of nz males..
..that’s what a diet of animal-flesh/fat + booze (a.k.a. the nz-diet) will do to you after a few decades..
(and this is their future for those young ones now following this ‘nz-diet’ ..know this..!..)
..and i know that were i not vegan/an abstainer from alcohol..(‘i’ll have that joint..thanks!’..)

..but the good news for those with that body-dysmorphia is the amazing changes/transformation that can be wrought just from stopping eating animals – putting down the bottle and picking up a ‘real’ bud instead – and just a small amount of physical exercise..
i just walk dogs – amongst the most fun exercise there is going..
..it’s quite a simple formula really – and i know it works..
..i know people in their late 70’s who have lived that no eating animals/no booze lifestyle for 30-40 yrs..
..to a man/woman they are lean/fit/healthy/of sparkling eyes…
