  1. Act’s David Seymour wouldn’t have the intestinal fortitude to announciate a policy where the State controls the birth of our poorer citizens. He’s all “talkie talkie” but not much “walkie walkie”. His lunatic ravings appealed to the moronic conservative element in our society but not much more.

  2. Frank, it would be great if your always informative comment could be published in granny Herald so that supercity readers could gain a more balanced perspective of the shonky politics that currently pervade nz.

    1. Thanks, Mac. My door is always open to approaches from the msm… though I fear I might be a tad too ‘radical’ for their tastes…

      I appreciate your generous compliment.

    2. Ditto, Mac. Frank’s commentary is always incisive and easy to understand. It’s a shame we don’t get his style in our msm print anymore!!

  3. So Seymour thinks “It’s frankly a disgrace that teacher unions would reject a billion dollars in new funding in order to protect the status quo that denies kids the education they deserve. ”

Yeah, well I think it’s a disgrace that he would think teachers were so stupid as to accept having their safety net removed for a short term fix that could then be repealed a couple of years down the line leaving them in a 2 steps forward, 5 steps back position.

Just like every other ACT leader, he is a colossal moron.

  4. Seymour does not have the courage to ban the poor from having children. His call was a red-meat shout-out to rednecks throughout the country. And unfortunately there are plenty of them around.
