  1. Again Luxon knows best- he can never be wrong His “already failed” CoC is so out of touch with reality it defies belief. If you truly believe he has our fuel crisis, let alone our economy, under control, you have lost your marbles. When will you wake up and see what is so clear to intelligent Kiwis? He was lucky with his FTA with bipartisan help, but he has failed miserably to do anything else of significance. He won’t and can’t change – what you see is what you get and deserve! So you looney RW voters continue to support this ‘fraud’ and more of this mayhem, if you dare!

    1. 100% agreed, Patrize.

All the evidence we needed how hopeless this government is with the economy was delivered along with their very first budget.

BORROWING FFS for tax cuts should’ve sent shockwaves across the financial sector à la Liz Truss the lettuce.

But no. Instead it was glossed over.

This government has borrowed more than any Labour administration. And they have borrowed to fund non-productive sectors. Meanwhile, they cut social services while claiming to be sensible and pragmatic. That is utter bullshit.

I just wish journalists would ask follow up questions whenever the CoC boast about their supposed “incredible” management of our economy.

Willis et al have tanked our little economy and us suckers at the bottom of the austerity heap will pay the price while the rich enjoy their growing untaxed capital gains.

Austerity has never worked out well, anywhere ever. Aotearoa won’t be any different.

No wonder public cohesion is suffering.
