  1. Yesterday afternoon when the sun came out in Wellington was ridiculous. Every man and his dog fled isolation. A cyclist and car nearly collided at an intersection resulting in the cyclist crashing onto the street, another couple stopped to check if everything was ok while the vehicles occupants talked to the cyclist, this isn’t social distancing fellas. Again it seemed like there was a surplus of people out driving. Heard reports that the waterfront was chocka with people too who had seemingly driven there.

  2. Great work there frank; We enjoyed reading your depiction of solitude somewhat like our life up high on the raukumarar ranges between Gisborne and Opotiki so can you cover this episode of “Sunday” that featured on TV One yesterday?

SUNDAY The virus we have been given from China.

    Take care friend.

  3. !st comment; some news on Biden. Intercept reports another woman has come out with same complaint as the other woman. She worked for him and he kept sexually molesting her. Not good for his political career. Unreported are previous reports (also in Intercept) that he lied about his civil rights record which diverged from Obama’s. His lies got him a big black vote in the primaries.

2nd comment; Your cartoon reminds me of a clip on BBC news showing reactions to covid-19 in Moscow. The last woman in a tight queue going into church was asked why she wasn’t keeping her distance. She replied that she couldn’t catch the virus in God’s house. Voice-over then said she was/is a doctor.

I’m… dumbfounded. She is practically challenging the virus to infect her.

    2. The Intercept article mentioning Biden’s civil rights record: the journalist was quoting from a published interview that Jesse Jackson had done.
