…jokes aside, the extraordinary investigative piece from the Miami Herald into the meetings between Trump’s Administration and Maduro to resign highlights the path of least resistance Trump has embarked upon because this entire fiasco is about distracting from the Epstein Files, it is NOT about bringing a ‘narco terrorist’ to justice.
The timeline the Miami Herald lays out shows the first two suggestions, that Maduro stood down and America lifted sanctions and that Maduro go into exile and America lift sanctions were both rejected by Trump as being too ‘soft’, hence the illegal kidnapping.
But even the illegal kidnapping is a path of least resistance because all Trump has done here is create a distraction, if Maduro was really the narco terrorist Trump claims he is, why leave the remaining regime in place the way he has done with Delcy Rodríguez?
Because the narco terrorist shtick is just that, shtick.
The real purpose here is access to oil for America while distracting from Epstein’s remaining 1 million documents that haven’t been released yet.
Trump hasn’t challenged the ‘narco state’ of Venezuela because he’s left the exact same regime in place, this isn’t about fighting drugs, it’s about the pretence of fighting drugs, Trump only recently released the Honduras President for actual drug trafficking…
