Zippy is a fictional character on the British children’s television programme Rainbow. Zippy is a brownish-orange puppet with a rugby-ball-shaped oval head, blue eyes and a zip for a mouth, hence his name.
I think the better burn was NBR’s Todd Scott (a man with an extremely ill young daughter from I think cancer) then telling Jordan to not take life so seriously after he whinges about his mother crying in court for his million.
