The Buffalo Pipeline, owned by Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., leaked approximately 450 barrels, or roughly 18,900 gallons, of crude oil onto farmland in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma last week.

it certainly could have happened under TPPA… NZers would have had very little environmental protection or environmental say so under TPPA
…one thing we have Donald Trump to thank for….he killed TPPA!…lets hope it is not resurrected
