If Trump won the Iran War, why is he giving them $400billion? Does he understand what ‘winning’ means?

I’m loving watching Trump trying to explain the price of his surrender to Iran, which now stands at $400billion!
For everyone keeping score at home the process has so far been:
Week 1 – “I’ve won”
Week 2 – “I’ve won again”
Week 3 – “I’ve won so many times, you should all help me win some more”
Week 4 – “Why aren’t you helping me win more, I’m going to punish everyone who isn’t helping me win”.
Week 5 – “I’m pulling out of NATO because you won’t help me win”
Week 6 – “I’m going to eradicate a 6000 year old civilisation and promise to cause war crimes
Week 7 – “I’m getting bored of this”
Week 8 – I’ve won so many times I’m now going to invade Cuba”
Week 9 – This is an AI picture of me as Jesus
Week 10 – That picture was actually of a Dr, I’m so bored of winning
Weeks 11 through to 14 – “I’m really, really, really bored now, let’s have a cage fight”
Week 15 – I have totally won, here’s $400 Billion in your Bank account
Week 16 – I have not promised them $400 Billion (here is your $400 Billion)
Week 17 – Now I’m going to attack you again (please take the $400billion)
At this stage, if Trump’s strategy doesn’t alarm you, you’re the problem.
Don’t forget that the Prime Minister Chris Luxon initially wanted to support this fiasco.
