  1. Our cleaners at my job were mostly women and every time the cleaning contract was sold their wages dropped back down to the starting rate irrespective of years of service. This meant they could never improve there standard of living rather sad. Now thee womens hours have been cut due to the government cuts and these women have to work another job to survive. We value our kids and our elderly but the people who look after them we don’t cause we think it’s acceptable to pay them shifty wages.
