What about cutting usa down to a smaller more manageable size, sort of ‘The Plains to the Sea.’ Cut it in half running north to south. U.S.A annexes Canada. Introduces a new population of over 40 million people. Population used to idea of universal free healthcare, fair taxation, functioning welfare state, non-aggressive foreign policy, sensible firearms ownership, accepting of migrants, acceptance of gender and sexuality, females can reproduce, or not, according to their desires.
Will each Canadian Province become a state? Will there be North Alberta and South Alberta with their representatives in Congress and Senate? Will adult Canadians vote like redneck Americans?
Could Canada end up owning the USA?
