Once we get our Maori health authority (which we desperately need and is long overdue) we need to look into the other government agencies failing Maori who are getting paid(and have been for some time) but have not been delivering, these include but is not limited to ACC, the Police, the courts, parole, victims support having had dealings with all of them I can emphatically say they need major structural changes now.
