I cannot stand Breakfast because especially Jenny-May is too fawning and sycophantic of Luxon. She is totally useless when it comes to interviewing and asking difficult questions. And she tries rather pathetically to look interested when interviewing someone. Then she JUST HAS TO given her Tuppence of opinion on something.
TVNZ is much like the Tabloid NZ herald rag in that it is the Mouth-piece of the NZ National Party. I get the impression that todays’ mainstream media is so deep into the NZ National Party Pocket to No Longer See Daylight.
In fact I don’t bother with TVNZ and the NZ herald news and prefer to watch Al Jazeera instead.
yes I have noted that there are no real interviewers left .They should bring back Indira Stewart she was not scared of the bald cunt and the old prick or the fucken hyena and slayed them on a daily bases .I guess they were told to get rid of her as soon as they were elected because she would hold them to account .Imagine the feild day she would have been having now .

Sadly enough todays’ Mainstream NZ media is a Shadow of Its Former self.
One time NZ had really good Investigative Journalists eg those that Researched and Reported on the Unfortunate Experience at National Womens’ Hospitial.
Todays’ so-called Journalists lack the Mental Where-With-All to figure Out How To Ask Really In-Depth Questions.
They are mostly Show Ponys with the Lights On but Nobody Home approach to interviewing and ‘journalism’,
However this morning I was listening to Al Jazeera and they mentioned about the BBC and the fact the BBC were looking as bad(in my opinion) as TVNZ and the tabloid NZ herald rag plus NewsSquakZB. The problem for say the BBC and that now includes the NZME is there have been Political Promotions of say former National MPs into positions of power within the media and hence the fact the the NZ mainstream is Lackadaisical in its reporting because the NZ National Party Control the Media far too much now.
We don’t have a questioning media that Intelligently Questions MPs like Luxon, Seymour, Willis.etc.etc. Instead what we have is a media that is sycophantic and hero worshipping this government because if they did the adult thing and questioned this government it is likely most so-called journalists would be out of a job by now.
What a detriment our media has Demeaned Itself to just to please Their National Party Masters
