Well done to the panel for this interview with Marama. We don’t get to hear from the leadership that often unless its part of a organized plan to ambush and discredit them. I was impressed with her performance and she seemed to have recovered well after her recent illness.
I am still very critical of the party and its recent self inflicted problems which their enemies will always use against them so why give them the opportunity ?
It seems clear LINO have no intention of leaving the free market behind so it will be up to the Greens and TPM to do the hard work. That will mean getting a lot more tougher and battle hardened than they have in the past. Otherwise its a return of 2017 and being dependent on the two Uncles.
I think some serious thought needs to be given to a Green TPM alliance at the political and community level. Both parties share very similar policies. Together sharing resources and a presenting a common set of values and strength in numbers could increase their support and keep Winston /Shane out and allowing LINO off the hook for serious reform.
As you pointed out in January , the MMP Cascade strategy.
