38 killed — 145 wounded
Since dawn, Israeli air strikes and gunfire on homes as well as medical and other facilities resulted in the death of 38 residents and wounding of 145. Civil Defence crews retrieved four more bodiesfrom under bomb-damaged buildings, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 52,653. The total wounded is now at least 118,897. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza is at least 91 and, that of those injured, is more than 206. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.

West Bank
Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.
Israeli Army attacks – refugee camp: Jenin – Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, continue to storm the city and the refugee camp.
Israeli Army attacks – forced home evacuations and demolition in refugee camp: Tulkarem – Israeli forces continued storming the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, opening fire on residents and ordering the evacuation of seven homes in the Nur Shams refugee camp, while awaiting demolition.
Home invasions: Ramallah – 22:50, Israeli Occupation forces raided the town of Beitunya and invaded two homes.

Israeli Army assault with stun grenades in support of settler agricultural sabotage: Ramallah – 12:55, Israeli Occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas at people, in support of raiding settlers who were setting fire to crops on an area between the villages of al-Mughayir and Khirbet Abu Falah.

Israeli Army child abductions: Bethlehem – morning, Israeli troops abducted two minors: Talib Imad Talib Atallah (aged 13) and 15–year–old Reda Muhammad Musa Al-Arouj.
Israeli Army home invasion, beating-up and robbery: Hebron – 03:35, Israeli soldiers beat–up and hospitalised an Old City resident, Alaa Musleh Abu Subaih, while invading his home and robbing him of cash to the value of around $US3,800.
Occupation settler violence and Israeli Army complicity: Ramallah – 19:05–21:55, Occupation settlers, accompanied by Israeli troops, invaded agricultural land between Turmusaya and the village of al-Mughayir and closed the road connecting them. Israeli forces also detained a number of journalists, to prevent them from reporting the settler attack.
Occupation settler armed violence and agricultural sabotage: Jenin – 10:30, armed Israelis, from the Mevo Dotan Occupation settlement, invaded agricultural land to the north of Kafr Rai and forced a halt to the cherry harvest, forcing farmers off the land.
Occupation settler filth: Salfit – 09:35, Israelis, from the Kiryat Netafim Occupation settlement, pumped the settlement’s sewage onto nearby Qarawat Bani Hassan agricultural land.
Occupation settler stoning and population–control: Salfit – 18:15, Occupation settlers closed the entrance to Yasuf village and stoned passing vehicles.
