39 killed — 105 wounded
Since dawn, Israeli air strikes and gunfire on homes as well as medical and other facilities resulted in the death of 39 residents and the wounding of 105 others, bringing the total number now killed in Gaza, since 7 October 2023, to at least 51,305 with the total wounded at least 117,096. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October, 2023 is at least 90and, that of those injured, is more than 207. A UN report states that, as of 14 January 2025, around 70% of those killed in Gaza were women and children.

West Bank
Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.
Israeli Army attacks – 1 taken prisoner: Jenin – Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, continued to storm the city as well as the refugee camp, with one resident taken prisoner.
Israeli Army attacks – 1 beaten-up – 1 taken prisoner – home invasions: Tulkarem – Israeli forces, continued storming the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, opening fire towards residents and beating up one person in the refugee camp. Three other people were taking prisoner, as Israeli troops invaded more Palestinian homes.
Home invasions: Jerusalem – 15:00, Israeli Occupation forces raided al-Eizariya and invaded an apartment building.
Home invasion and robbery: Jerusalem – dawn, Israeli Occupation forces robbed a householder of cash, to the approximate value of over $US25,000, as well as gold jewellery while raiding a home in al-Ram.

Israeli Army population–control: Jericho – 10:30-11:30, Israeli troops held up and detained for a time a motor vehicle carrying five people, at the southern entrance to the city.
Israeli Army – beatings-up: Bethlehem – 09:35, two Battir villagers, Munie Muhammad Abu Al-Kabbash and Khaled Issa Asaad, were both beaten-up and hospitalised in Beit Jallah.
