Personally I think Winnie needs to define what a man is first, because real Men don’t bully minorities for political shits and giggles.

A real man doesn’t denigrate the environment on a climate change burning planet for trans-national mining interests.

A real man doesn’t falsely accuse Harry Tam of smuggling a covid infected prostitute across boundaries during lockdown.

Businessman behind toxic online Benjamin Doyle campaign

The anonymous online account that helped spark a political firestorm over Green MP Benjamin Doyle’s past Instagram posts is run by a businessman who is a former NZ First member, The Post can reveal.
Rhys Williams, from New Plymouth, is behind the inflammatory X (formerly Twitter) account @2ETEKA, which last month unearthed posts from Doyle’s pre-Parliament Instagram page, “BibleBeltBussy”.
The controversy centred on a post where Doyle, who uses they/them pronouns, juxtaposed a photo of their child with explicit sexual terminology. The posts were amplified by NZ First leader Winston Peters, who called for a police investigation into Doyle.
While criticism of Doyle’s posts has come from across the political spectrum, the backlash quickly morphed into a torrent of abuse, including baseless accusations of criminal behaviour. The nature and intensity of the online attacks have raised questions about the boundary between legitimate scrutiny and harassment.

At the centre of this campaign is @2ETEKA, which has called for more dirt on Doyle and relentlessly targeted political opponents with slurs, smears, and thinly veiled allegations of paedophilia.

There is no evidence suggesting NZ First is involved with the account. The party said Williams is not a current member.

…funny last comment there regarding no involvement by NZF  because of course Rhys was on The Platform claiming NZF paid for Inflection Point, but then that interview was suddenly removed from The Platform…

NZF has quickly become as Toxic as ACT and just as vile.

These people are despicable and they want open season on the Trans Community because they are hateful damaged people.

Any human being with any sense of decency should hold NZF in deep contempt.

  1. None of this bullshit is about “defining what a woman is”.
    It’s about prescribing what the WORD “woman” is allowed to mean – and then enforcing that meaning with implied threats of violence against any departures from the ‘correct’ usage. It’s extraordinarily authoritarian.

    Like all words, “woman” can quite legitimately have multiple meanings that depend on social context. It can validly mean different things for prison authorities, sports administrators, or HR departments trying to build harmonious workplaces with a diverse range of people.

    Note: you can’t define what anything “is” without using language – other than by raising your arm and silently pointing at what you believe to be an example of the thing in question. This is of necessity an argument about language and what language is allowed to mean.

    • And for clarity – this nonsense comes from both radical biological essentialists who insist that “woman” must always mean biological adult female in all social contexts, and from radical anti-essentialists who insist that “woman” can mean whatever they want it to in all social contexts.

  2. I wonder if any here have seen the cartoons of Ronald Searle in his Non-Sexist Dictionary (he has searched for some routine words with ‘men’ in them and replaced with ‘women’, he embracing she as the saying goes.
    Searle had encountered real brutality in his war service and that no doubt aided him in his views about the terrible sexism of language affecting females badly.
