Hey, don’t blame weed
That was more likely the result of a bad acid trip
Could be Paddy’s panting for a gong…
The church elders tell her what to say ,even though she does not believe what they tell her .Poor thing has been brain washed from birth and is really just a sex toy .
You’re right. I think Amanda needs some succour. She is an example of a woman who has done everything right according to materialist society including following a materialist church. She is bound for materialist heaven; can never read philosophy with its questions of the status quo – ugh. Drop that it burns. And ole rich guy in Simpsons was called Burns wasn’t he. He runs the Master Class – ‘release the dogs’.
Plus she has splendid biceps and wears pj’s for the team.
And can suck the chrome right off a trailer hitch
And it only costs folks $114 each to partake of Amanda’s Sandwiches with Wisdom.
Looks like Paddy had something blown by Amanda
Maybe Paddy should ask her what her “philosophical” take on housing is?
Does she agree, (like her hubby and his team), that it is just another fair game investment category? That existing housing is merely another thing to be gamed, traded, speculated, commoditised and hoarded like the streets on a monopoly board?
Does she agree that this behaviour should be incentivised and rewarded with bank leverage, tax advantages and taxpayer subsidies that are costing the country a fortune?
Until she reflects on the damaging effects this is having on NZ society and her husband’s role in this, whatever else she says is all word salad to me.
The agreeing to disagree and let’s carry on philosophy does not always cut it as an option, however convenient this would be for politicians.
Too right pollytickle I am amazed at how many philosophical points have been followed in depth. Serious stuff but it never got to us at secondary school. And the timeline for major philosophical lines goes back a long way. I’m reading 90 minutes of Descartes (died 1650) and the title sounds shallow but when summarised and quoted it is food for thought. I sometimes don’t have breakfast.

Is Trump actually right about DEI after all?
