Victims 25–26 March 2025:
38 killed — 124 wounded
Since dawn, Israeli air strikes on and shelling of homes as well as many facilities resulted in the death of 38 residents and the wounding of 124 others. Civil Defence crews retrieved one more bodyfrom under a bomb-damaged building. The total number, now killed in Gaza since 7 October 2023, is at least 50,183 with the total wounded being at least 113,828. The daily average number of men, women and children killed in Gaza since 7 October, 2023 is at least 93 and, that of those injured, is more than 212.
West Bank
Palestinian Monitoring Group — Since midnight on 07 October 2023, Occupation forces have been imposing a complete closure around the whole of the West Bank, preventing people (even including permit-holders) from entering both Jerusalem City as well as Israel, other than for especially-negotiated exceptions. Permanent military checkpoints impose severe travel restrictions within the Occupied West Bank.
Israeli Army attack – 1 killed: Jerusalem – 21:00, Israeli Occupation forces, near the al-Za’im checkpoint, opened fire on a motor vehicle, killing the driver: Muhammad Hassan Hosni Abu Hammad.
Israeli Army attack – 2 wounded: Ramallah – 15:55, Israeli forces, firing live ammunition, stormed the town of Ni’lin, wounding two residents: Aws Shadi Amireh and Youssef Qasim Surur.
Israeli Army attack – 1 taken prisoner in refugee camp: Jenin – the Israeli Army continued its storming of the city as well as the refugee camp, opening fire with live ammunition and takingprisoner one person.
Israeli Army attack: Jenin – 17:10, Israeli troops pursued and opened fire on a motor vehicle, near the village of Deir Ghazaleh.
Israeli Army attack – 2 wounded: Jenin – 19:00, the Israeli military raided the village of Deir Ghazaleh, opening fire while surrounding a house and wounding two residents: Abdullah Omar Mahmoud Zakarneh and Ahmed Basem Manasra.
Israeli Army attack – refugee camp families forced out of their homes: Tulkarem – Occupation forces continued to storm the city as well as the Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, opening fire while raiding homes and forcing families in the Tulkarem refugee camp to evacuate their homes.
Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded: Qalqiliya – 18:00-20:55, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition while storming the city, wounded a resident: Ali Raed Hamed Walweel.
Israeli Army attack on bus full of passengers: Nablus – 18:00, Israeli soldiers, stationed at the al-Muraba’a checkpoint near the village of Tal, opened fire on a passenger bus carrying 20 passengers and shattering the windows.
Israeli Army attack – home invasions – ambulance crew beaten–up: Hebron – evening, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, stormed the al-Fawar refugee camp and invaded homes. The Israeli military also beat–up and hospitalised an ambulance crew, after seizing the keys to their ambulance.
Home invasion by settlers – assault and robbery: Ramallah – 10:10, Israeli Occupation settlers invaded a home on the outskirts of Silwad and assaulted the householder, as well as stealing the keys to his home.
Home invasion: Bethlehem – 08:00–11:30, Israeli Occupation forces raided the town of Doha and invaded a home.
Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, Israeli settlers, escorted by Occupation police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.
Israeli Army mosque violation and population–control: Jerusalem – 16:00, Israeli Occupation forces took prisoner the Head of Al-Aqsa Mosque‘s Maintenance Department, Munqith Abu Rajab, for allowing the repair of a broken water pipe, without obtaining a permit from the Israeli police.
Israeli Army – robbery: Jenin – 15:30, Israeli forces, at the Barta’a checkpoint, robbed a man, Naim Fathi Abdullah Khamayseh, of of his cell phone and cash to the equivalent value of approximately $US7,000.
Israeli Army – agricultural sabotage: Tulkarem – 11:10, the Israeli Army bulldozed greenhouses planted with vegetables.
Occupation settler stoning: Jerusalem – 03:00, Israeli Occupation settlers stoned passing vehicles at the Jaba’ village roundabout.
Occupation settler agricultural sabotage: Tubas – 12:15, Israeli settlers grazed their sheep on land planted with wheat, in the al-Miteh area of the North Jordan Valley
