Comrades.
I have shocking news concerning New Zealand’s Gold Award Winning Political Podcast, The Working Group.
We’ve lost Supervillain Dr Octavius Hartwich who is boycotting the show due to The Daily Blogs focus on his NZ Initiative…
…this is truly catastrophic news.
How on earth will the Gold Award Winning Political Podcast, The Woking Group, manage without the 1357th most important German opinion on the economy living in the Southern Hemisphere?
Note Kim Dotcom is in that list.
It is always a shame to lose an opportunity to examine one of the tentacles of The Atlas Network up close but somehow we will soldier on despite this boycott to continue linking imaginary dots that don’t exist…
…Willis was the director of the New Zealand Initiative from May 2016 until February 2017, meanwhile another former NZ Initiative acolyte, Political Report Luke Malpass who was a Researcher for the Initiative, is an investment that just keeps giving for the Hard Right Free Marketeers…
…Hard Right Free Market Think Tank, The NZ Initiative, is linked to the Harder Right Free Market International Think Tank, The Atlas Network who are funded by dark money to promote the interests of the radical Billionaire clique and polluters.
Most people have no idea the Finance Minister and Senior Political Editor are part of a Free Market Network working as corrosively as possible before anyone notices.
PS – My inbox is overflowing with angry messages from people yelling, ‘When is The Working Group back’. My doctor has told me I need a full 3month Damien Grant free detox so my immunity can build up enough tolerance to see him weekly again for 10months so as soon as the blood tests are back, I’ll get back to you on a start date.
Increasingly having independent opinion in a mainstream media environment which mostly echo one another has become more important than ever, so if you value having an independent voice – please donate here.
He is right though, we are funny. Little bands of people struggling to move forward, even hold our ground, against overwhelming odds – there must be allegories about us. Hobbits are we? Perhaps we are like The Black Knight from Monty Python. I’ve always found that both funny and pathetic. Try and have some humour though – some French taunting or German schadenfreude about his if we seem to be succeeding? Will we fight to the end who knows? Carry on chaps! Les Miserables (Victor Hugo) songs seem to cover all the likely scenarios – pick one that you might sing!

That’s disappointing in a way – the incredible range and depth of NZ’s shadowy right-wing operators you manage get on the show is startling and impressive.
Without them there is no show.
I wouldn’t beat yourself up over it too much @ Bomber. If they choose to cancel themselves – so be it. It’s not as if after 40 years, we don’t understand the ideology or the jostling of over-sized egos.
I’d follow the doc’s recommendation as well, Stand well clear of the flea(s) even if it threatens sponsorship.
The natives will eventually get restless when it starts to hit them in the pocket
OnceWasTim. It’s more likely power protection than ego jostling, and everyday people are already having their pockets turned inside out buying basic necessities : food, warmth, shelter, shoes.
Apathy and ubiquitous rage and frustration and targetting something obvious and irritating is more likely. But the real cause of the malaise will remain obscure and miss the flak, meanwhile everyone suffers and the strictures tighten and the sutures loosen. (Homage to the medical morass that’s growing under the reign/rein? of the present financial Patsy.)
For what is worth, having a publicly owned valuation service is good actually.
Kim Dotcom is light years ahead with regards to libertarianism. Instead of being an ineffective mouthpiece, he just gets on with it. I suspect the TPU and Seymour will be next. ATLAS have issued an edict down from upon high to be more effective and to target areas where they can be. They’ll be hooking up with the Tamaki’s soon.
