Personally I think this has been swept under the carpet because there is obviously big money behind these 2 men. I don’t know much about the facts but according to Wikipedia he resigned as ACT president in January 2023 way before the election. If that’s the case, it’s not much of a story.

The offending by Jago occurred over 20 years ago when Seymour was a teenager and Jago was a member of a surf lifesaving club.

Seymour was alerted to the allegation of sexual misconduct around election time when both he and Jago were working alongside each other for ACT and chose to sit
on his hands.
He could have, and should have, immediately stood him down pending the outcome of further enquiries.
Instead he allowed a accused sexual predator to stay on in his job because tge fallout would have been catastrophic.
For Seymour to somehow get all upitty and aggressive by dismissing the whole thing, by saying people shouldn’t politicise it, demonstrates once again what a useless, corrupt, moraless, hopeless case he is and he should be nowhere near the
