Restrictions of movement: Palestinians in the Occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza are under relentless and extreme control over all travel and movement.
Gaza Strip
Armed Palestinian Resistance: Palestinian Resistance continued launching dozens of missiles towards the Green Line.
Air strikes: Heavy aerial bombardment on buildings, homes and many facilities.
Victims: Another 376 people in Gaza have been killed by Israeli forces, raising the total now to more than 15,899. Another 684 people have been wounded, bringing the number up to more than 42,000. Precise statistics are not available, due to the violence surrounding hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
Attacks: All over Gaza, there is heavy gunfire, tank and artillery shelling, as well as missiles fired from Israeli forces and military occupation, especially in Khan Yunis.
Northern Gaza – invading Israeli forces, are positioning north and east of the town of Beit Hanoun as well as north of Beit Lahia, reaching the Jabalia refugee camp and the neighbourhoods of Sheikh Radwan, al-Nasr, al-Rimal as well as the Beach refugee camp in Gaza City. Israeli forces employed heavy gunfire, shelling from tanks and other artillery fire along with fire from Israeli Navy vessels and more aerial bombardment over crowded civilian areas.
Central Gaza –
Occupation forces attacked and positioned themselves inside the Gaza Valley, Juhor al-Dik, the neighbourhoods of Sheikh Ajlin, Tal al-Hawa, al-Zaytoun, and al-Sabra, south of Gaza City, controlling Salah al-Din and al-Rashid Streets andisolating Gaza City from the Central and South Gaza.
Khan Yunis –
* On 12/04/2023, Occupation forces, under cover by warplanes, continued their invasion in al-Qarara, north–east of Khan Yunis, all the way to Salah al-Din Street, where they were stationed near the Mills Junction.
West Bank
Israeli Army attack – home invasions: Jerusalem – 09:30, Israeli Occupation forces stormed into the Qalandia refugee camp and invaded homes.
Israeli Army attack – 1 killed, 14 wounded – home invasions in refugee camp: Jerusalem – dawn, Israeli forces again stormed the Qalandia refugee camp, invading more homes and using explosives to gain entry to one of them, killing one resident and taking prisoner another. Fifteen people were wounded in total, including five youngsters: Othman Ahmed Yassin Assaf (aged 13),Ahmed Muhammad Youssef Badran (aged 14), Muhammad Youssef Hassan Manasra (aged 14), Adel Al-Rajabi (aged 15) and Ahmed Muhammad Abdel Hamid Awad (aged 16). The ten adults wounded are: Jihad Karim Abdullah Abu Latifa, Amr Hikmat Salama Abdel Fattah, Ibrahim Amin Fathi Manasra, Ahmed Muhammad Mahmoud Washah, Yazan Musa Mutawer, Raed Ali Mahmoud Abu Nasser, Adam Issa Khalil Nasser, Musa Muhammad Musa Matar, Wassim Ahmed Atta Nimr and Mortada Riyad Abu Rumaila.
Israeli Army attack – home invasion in refugee camp: Jenin – 23:20–05:10, the Israeli Army, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, invaded the city, besieging the al-Amal Hospital, as well as the Jenin refugee camp, holding up and searching ambulances. The Army also took measurements of a house, in preparation for it to be demolished and took prisoner oneperson.
Israeli Army attack – 1 wounded – 1 taken prisoner: Jenin – midnight, Israeli troops, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, stormed into Silat al-Harithiya, wounding one person, Taqi al-Din Afif, and taking prisoner another.
Israeli Army attack: Tulkarem – 16:45, the Israeli military, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters, raided and patrolled the city.
Israeli Army attack – home invasions – 3 wounded: Bethlehem – 02:10-06:15, raiding Israeli troops invaded homes in the Dheisheh refugee camp, wounding three people.
Israeli Army attack – 2 killed: Hebron – 20:50, Israeli soldiers, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, stormed into Sa’ir, killing two people: Anas Ismail Al-Faroukh and Muhammad Saadi Al-Faroukh.
Israeli Army attack – 1 child and 1 adult wounded: Hebron – 21:25, Israeli Occupation forces, firing live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, wounded a child as well as an adult in Bani Naim.
Home invasions in refugee camp – 2 taken prisoner: Ramallah – 02:25, Israeli Occupation forces, firing rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades, stormed into the al-Jalazoun refugee camp and invaded homes, taking prisoner a man and a woman.
Home invasions: Qalqiliya – 21:55–01:25, raiding Israeli forces invaded a number of homes in Hajjah village.
Home invasions: Qalqiliya – 23:15–01:15, the Israeli Army raided Kafr Thulth and invaded a number of homes.
Home invasions: Jericho – 00:30-02:45, Israeli forces raided the city and invaded a number of homes.
Israeli Army population–control of children and interference with education: Jerusalem – the Israeli Occupation refused to allow around 50 recently–liberated child prisoners, in addition to other child prisoners, to return to school or complete their studies while awaiting further decisions in their cases.
Israeli police and settlers’ mosque violation: Jerusalem – 08:00, settler militants, escorted by Israeli police, invaded the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and molested worshippers.
Israeli Army armed robbery – agricultural sabotage: Tubas – Israeli forces, in the Umm al-Abr area of the North Jordan Valley, seized an agricultural tractor and a water tanker.
Israeli Army assault with rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades: Bethlehem – 13:00, the Israeli Army fired rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades at people in the Umm Rukba area of al-Khadr.
Israeli Army assault with rubber-coated bullets, stun grenades: Bethlehem – 21:10, Israeli troops, near the entrance to the village of Husan, fired rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades.
Israeli Army destruction and agricultural sabotage: Bethlehem – the Israeli military destroyed six farm buildings in the Rahwa area, east of al-Ubaidiya.
Israeli Army land-grab: Bethlehem – Occupation forces extended the validity of Military Order No. (8/9/T), which seizes farmland near the Beit Ein Occupation settlement.
Occupation settler violence: Tubas – Israeli Occupation settlers, in the Khallet Ghazal area of the North Jordan Valley, bulldozed wheat crops as well as stoning tent–dwellings, terrorising children and women.
