The Editor doesn’t moderate this blog,  3 volunteers do, they are very lenient to provide you a free speech space but if it’s just deranged abuse or putting words in bloggers mouths to have a pointless argument, we don’t bother publishing.

EDITORS NOTE: – By the way, here’s a list of shit that will get your comment dumped. Sexist language, homophobic language, racist language, anti-muslim hate, transphobic language, Chemtrails, 9/11 truthers, Qanon lunacy, climate deniers, anti-fluoride fanatics, anti-vaxxer lunatics, 5G conspiracy theories, the virus is a bioweapon, some weird bullshit about the UN taking over the world  and ANYONE that links to fucking infowar.

  1. 2023. Will Labour start the year with a new slogan? If they do, what could that be?

“Our last 6 years of achievement!”
    Or,
“Stick with us like shit to your shoe because we’re nearly there!”
    Or,
“Failure is not an option! But consistent failure to deliver on slogans is!”
    Or,
“Fuck me! It’s been a tough two halves but we’ve got another $100b Bazooka to go! Let’s blow this muthfucka!”
    Or,
    “We’re out! Mic drop!”

And that’s about all they have to announce because if its more broken promises of unicorns turning up or Crises are gathering on the horizon, it ain’t gunna work neither.
Oh one more thing. Fuck the Greens!

  2. Just as an aside, how PATHETIC is it that our FTA TV channels were running shit at the time of the announcement.
Even the BBC, SKOI NEWZ OZ, AlJazeera, TRT and American networks were giving it more audience coverage.
PATHETIC – especially if you happen to be digitally divided. No wonder we have a yea nah apathetic population

  3. Ardern — a good 3-year-cycle neoliberal Labour politician. Not so good in the 10 years to prevent the climate change extinction of the species. So, the worst there could be apart from National.

Her and Grant, insulting us to our face about the neediest, by ‘be kind’, with a photo of Micky Savage in the background in one shot.

Covid didn’t matter a shit in comparison to climate change, my misery in old age and your early death, ‘young’ Martyn.

  4. Jacinda and Grant are tired. Understandable.

Their short-term politics, for the first time in the history of politics, will catch up with them. The CV people. See ‘The Road’.

What a despicable cast of characters to choose from for the next leader. Dats Labour!

Wood seems competent and Little was recommended by Cunliffe. What a set of characters produced by the marriage of Clarke and Douglas.

  5. Over this evening I’ve rather softened on the PM. Benefit and housing increases. Not in any way what is needed but good stuff.

If she left the scope of the ‘art of the possible’, good chance she’d have been fizzled to a crisp.

It’s more our politics that is the problem than the politicians. Short-term. God, indeed, must, help us.

  6. Something we need to work on. Limiting donations and media times for all parties. though enabling the small ones to have a bit of time and not just pushed out.
