People have lived in Europe for thousands of years without gas heating.
And they did it with out modern clothing and insulated buildings. It will not be easy. Yes it will cause hardship and require sacrifice.
To protect the most vulnerable, wartime style rationing of energy supplies, will be needed to keep the heating on in the hospitals and care homes.
If it means defeating a tyrant, if called on by their leaders, I am confident the people of Europe will make those required changes and take on that sacrifice.
Let’s see. Cost of living going up and energy shortages will lead to A LOT of unrest especially as the WEF/Davos set will continue to party like its 1984.

In 2021 Russia gas supplies to Europe/UK made up 32% of overall supply. While that is large, I don’t think its accurate to say, Europe will freeze and has no other options. China demand apparently would not replace the UK and Europe in terms of volume.
But if he turns off the gas , Putting will have no money to pay for his war.
He sells gas to China, Oil to India and the middle east. The Saudis are re-packing Putin’s oil and selling it to the West. Look it up.

Hyperbolic MSM claims about Ukraine managing to turn the tide of battle by retaking Kharkov Region territory omit what’s most important to explain.
Areas retaken were thinly manned by Russian National Guard forces and Donbass freedom fighters because they lacked strategic value.
Little fighting occurred except for a few days of heavy resistance by Russian and Donbass defenders.
No lightning Ukrainian offensive pushed Russian forces out of retaken Kharkov areas, as MSM falsely reported.
Regime troops entered towns and villages without battling for them.

The Ruble is stronger than ever the Russian gas prices are the lowest on the planet there supermarkets are fill to the brim and winter approaching.
Putin’s mad gamble, a gamble to protect that largely Russian populated area of Ukraine known as the Donbass from the US-led, puppet Ukrainian government whom have raged war on the Donbass since this puppet government overthrew the previous democratically elected government of Ukraine in 2014.
Protect his fellow Russians from a Russian-hating, US-led Ukrainian government – mad intentions indeed.
Rolling the dice on trying to denazify the Ukrainian government as well, a situation beautifully fomented by the world’s greatest ever peaceniks, the USA to boot.
What the heck is Putin thinking, doesn’t he know the world has changed! What was once bad is…what it is now.
And finally, showing what an open-minded, tolerant, and fully independent government they truly are not, gambling on disarming people who hold such a views of the world.
Again, in this upside down world we now live in, this is a raving mad gamble. Nonetheless, giving that Putin has already pulled off one of the greatest gambles of all time – he has stopped Russian energy/goods, flowing to Europe and the West by convincing the West to sanction his country – then clearly, there is no end to the danger that this man can inflict on the West.

I will add though that one problem with war is that its really, really hard to get accurate information in a timely manner to boot. Henceforth, what I have done here is comment on what is known, the purpose of the Russian SMO (Special Military Operation) otherwise known as the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I have touched upon three key objectives especially. I am sure that the SMO may change in time, but for now it remains unchanged. And again, the information I am talking about here is just an easy internet search away.
I will admit though, that I’m flippant with the Ukrainian side of my comment, but nonetheless, depending on what side of this conflict one is on, it is not to hard to find supporting evidence/proof for everything I have said here. And of course the tone of this piece kinda lends itself to flippancy anyway.
