  1. Some NZers are calling for the Russian Ambassador to be sent home, then the bungy man needs to shut up shop in Russia to as he received a lot of our tax payers money to keep his business afloat and Fonterra need to get out also.

  2. I call Nationals new tax policy, ‘the crumbs policy’ after all $2.15 extra a week and Luxon appears to be the one who is out of touch when he had a bloody cheek to say quote” every little bit counts” That smirk on his face is going to be wiped when Jacinda cleans him up at the next election.

    • A lot of little kicks is what he and National need. We should do what we can, within the law of course, while we still have some freeeedom.

  3. Nicola Willis use of the word ‘gaslighting’ shows she is unsuitable for the role of finances particularly in a time of a war raging in Ukraine. Her and her mate Bishop are always trying to appear to be relevant using tactics of rudeness, crass words and constant loud yelling and heckling in the house.

  4. https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/463505/st-patrick-s-day-otago-uni-students-ignoring-red-light-setting-police-say
University students getting drunk on certain holidays, falling off buildings muntered and on top of that not wearing masks. These are kids putting everyone else plus themselves at risk of something, from sickness to serious injury especially climbing on high roofs and so on. This is deliberate mayhem and matches the LSD taking of the 60’s . I think that there needs to be a change to the tolerance of this from students.

If they want to hold a party, they would have to notify the police and ambulance and pay a fee to both to cover anything that happens, sort of a licence. If they don’t get the licence, which would not be arbitrarily withheld, and pay fully or nine-tenths say beforehand than any injuries they will be charged to pay themselves, If they don’t pay they get taken to Court, spend two nights in jail, and it become part of a criminal record against them. Such people are taking up space in university that others who really need a degree and the higher learning should have. They would be thrown out of uni if the institution decides that.

  5. This is shocking from the government, Carmel Sepuloni and the Monstery of Social Development. i want an easing to the problems caused by Covid preventing return to NZ and quickly. Particularly for old age pensioners ie superannuitants. Let’s get more than kindness, let’s get effectiveness, timeliness and fairness.

A 77-year-old woman who was stuck in Australia because of border restrictions says she feels hurt at her pension being stopped and receiving a demand to repay more than $11,000.
(Note saw this on RadioNZ site and couldn’t find when I returned a short while after.)
