  1. Oooh, Kashoggi went into the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul, and strangely ran into a kind of brawl, then was accidentally choked to death. FFS, is this for real? Where are the voices of countries claiming to uphold human rights and freedom of the press?

OH, yeah, the Saudis are rich, the government and monarchy at least, they have a large stake in the oil business, changing also our global climate, but we want our SUVs, want to drive, want plastic, want this and that fossil fuel driven economy, so shut both eyes like Trump?

Where is the NZ foreign minister on this?

Or is there too much worry about exports to the Gulf, about a possible deal with the GCC, a trade deal?

Is this government any better than the last? I do at least want a signal that it is.

  2. I guess when Auckland property has got too expensive, time to grease the wheels further South… after all 2 Chinese is worth more than a fucking useless Pakeha MP from the provinces… they don’t provide free trips to local government for a start and ‘building relationships’ with the super rich…

Southland Mayor Gary Tong is in China at the moment, building his relationship with millionaire Yikun Zhang on a trip paid for by Mr Zhang.
