I filed my Statement of Claim re double bunking , staff to inmate ratio , illegal Waikeria prison rules etc . at the Hamilton High Court on 29 June . Crown Law has just asked for an extra month to prepare their Statement of Defence .
They must be worried about the strength of my case , because there will be 3 of them against me ! Senior lawyer Austin Powell (who has always lost against me for years ) , Vicki McCall and James Watson ( not the Waikeria Prison Manager).
If the Crown loses the double bunking argument , it will be a HUGE concern for the government , so I’m almost anticipating some dirty tricks to interfere with my preparations .
