In relation to my claim opposing a condition that my TV interview with Lisa Owen be held by AVL and not in person & also seeking damages for Corrections interfering with my mail , I am entitled to discovery of documents related to the exercise . Despite reminder the Attorney General ( representing Corrections ) has not provided any documents . There herewith is my application to the High Court for the AG to be held in contempt of Court and fined . The substantive hearing is on 9 April 2018.

I got 122 days taken off my sentence length by requesting a sentence audit from the Prison Manager. This is something any inmate can request , as Corrections Dept is legally responsible for correct sentence calculation and release dates . In my case , a mistake had been made 13 years ago due to a change in legislation.

I hope Kelvin reads this…
Isolating a prisoner for more than five days in a process known as administrative segregation is unconstitutional because the system lacks proper safeguards, Ontario Canada Superior Court Judge Frank Marrocco said yesterday that banning the practice immediately could be disruptive and dangerous, so he suspended his ruling for one year to give Parliament a chance to fix the problem with a law he said was otherwise sound.

I was forcibly transferred to Waikeria Prison yesterday morning , but not allowed to contact anyone for 24 hours. Parliament rose for the year yesterday . Extreme actions against me only occur during Parliamentary recesses.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to contact or know the safety of Arthur at this time, Corrections are refusing to answer any questions.

  1. Corrections is a wrongly used word for the draconian methods they now use here, so Government needs to correct the corrections operations system and put some compassion back into the system.
