National’s ‘Maaaari-gonna-steal-the-water-under-Labour’ racist dog whistle shows how frightened they are of Jacinda

Oh for the love of Christ, here we go…

National’s Treaty claims ‘scaremongering’ – Labour

The Government has been accused of scaremongering after it said Labour’s water tax would force Treaty of Waitangi settlements to be renegotiated.

Labour’s environment spokesman David Parker said Treaty Negotiations Minister Chris Finlayson was deliberately stoking tensions over the Treaty by making such a claim.

Parker said existing Treaty settlements included clauses which explicitly stated that any claims for freshwater were unresolved.

“The current Ngati Tuwharetoa settlement currently before Parliament … expressly states [that it] does not affect any rights of iwi and hapu in relation to water,” he said.

…Oh No! Maaaari might have a say over the heavily polluted rivers National helped exacerbate – what will motivate us?

Racism or clean drinking water?

The only reason there’s been an accord that no one owned the water was because water was seen as a public good. When National privatised the hydro power generator assets, stole water for farmers and created a $400million irrigation slush fund for their farmer mates, water ownership suddenly became an issue.

Labour are only acknowledging Maori have water rights because of National’s behaviour towards water!

For National to come out and blow their racist Treaty dog whistle shows how bloody frightened they are of Jacinda.

National’s response to Labour forcing famers to pay for the pollution they cause has been to claim  $18 cabbages and $50 bottles of wine when Labour’s cost on agriculture would only see a 1.3cent cost an a bottle of wine.

Hilariously, every solution National have put up to remedy problems they’ve exacerbated over 9yrs could be solved by just voting the pricks out!

I’ve got 99 problems and National being in power is 93 of them.

  1. Their knee-jerk too little too late policy announcements of late around mental health, water and infrastructure are cynical, desperate and deceitful.
It is disgusting how low these utterly contemptible scumbags can stoop. After years of neglect, and innocent people fucking dying because of their policies, they now have the gall to pretend they care?!!
I seriously question the moral compass and/or intelligence of the people who vote for them.
“Delivering for NZers”. Even their vacuous slogan is a slap in the face to the populace.
I agree Wild Katipo, these corrupt parasites have to be removed from office. Sept 23rd cannot come quick enough.

  2. ” Lets do this ” Let’s vote the pricks out !!!!!

You know when a government is at its end , the unmistakable smell of decay and they are dying , they are going to get hammered on water and rightly so and no amount of scaremongering is going to change that fact.

Water and this country is being exploited by the very interests National is paid to protect and kiwis know it.

National is sounding silly and incompetent and that is finally getting noticed after nine years.

  3. If we want clean water and an efficient and in balance ecology then burn the banks. The Banksters are the foundation stones of our dysfunction generally but more specifically in regard to agriculture. When they say “jump” our farmers must ask “how high?”. National have colluded in luring farmers into the Bankster lair. National are vile and ghastly at the best of times, as can be seen almost anywhere in NZ, but to deliberately mislead our primary export industry into debt and constant uncertainty is tantamount to high treason in my view.
If you’re a farmer you must tend your animals which = unavoidable costs and crops must go in on a gamble that you’ll break even at best the following harvest. The Banksters know that. They control the politics and suppliers like an organ grinder’s monkey on its leash.
They control transport and supply, they control whole sale money rates and they control distribution at the consumer end. They also control local governments. They own and control the entire process and as a result of that we now have thousands of cows shitting and pissing where they try to lie down in icy mud.

You’ve heard of ANZ’s interest rates swaps swindle right?
    http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/farming/83542212/interest-rate-swaps-cause-more-headaches-for-anz-as-farmers-sue-for-75-million

Just the tip of the stinking, lying iceberg.

Never mind the twee whatsit parties that promise little twinkle sparkle treats. We need a political party that’s entirely focused on our primary export industry to make absolutely sure farmers are safe from the Banksters in all permutations. Only then, will NZ/Aotearoa be able to flourish, purge poverty out of our country, house people, run a basic infrastructure free from deliberate hobbling and have a clean ecosystem. Back in 1968 my dad told a standing room only meeting in Gore that it’d be much more efficient to pay all non farming related labourers a living wage and let then stay home with their families than allow farmers to be mercilessly swindled out of their money by middlemen in offices in businesses called banks while deigning to give an an unliveable stipend to bankster victims, especially relevant now that the Banksters were in the shadows as scum like roge douglas stole away with the stuff and things paid for by the ancestors of the very same that now live in cars and on the streets in the shadows cast by bank building.
Of course, National lay claim to being for the farmer. I see NP hoardings going up in paddocks down this way but that’s their perfect lie. The Great Lie. National can say they have the farmers best interests at heart while stabbing farmers in the back. The National Party are in it for themselves and the 1%’ers who built their fortunes off the backs of farmers.
Adern is playing a similar game. She knows that the status quo absolutely must endure. Otherwise there will be chaos and anarchy in Nu Zillind. That’s why her polluted water policy won’t hold any. Water.
If the banksters were sent fleeing NZ farmers could rely on tripling their at farm gate returns, cheaper foods for us in our supermarkets and significantly fewer animals per hectare which would mean significantly less pollutants, fertilisers, agri chemicals and a higher farming labour requirement. I.e. Employment. Small town NZ would flourish again, passenger rail would be doing what passenger rails does etc. The only thing that stands in the way of that, I admit, fanciful and perhaps idealogical progress are the banksters. They’re making far too much money to let that happen.
We shouldn’t be voting. We should be raging against the Banksters. They’re the ones to blame. Need focus? Then focus on them.
Slavery’s no longer defined as a chain around the leg. It’s a window envelope in the letter box just after you lose your job.
Sorry. A bit ranty but fuck it. Better out than left in to rot right?

    • Maybe you should start a petition with Action Station? I’ve been hearing this for far too long now something needs to be done.

  4. “Hilariously, every solution National have put up to remedy problems they’ve exacerbated over 9yrs could be solved by just voting the pricks out!” That’s it in a nutshell Martyn, thats how I see it too. National is the cause of the many problems plaguing us, get rid of them and many of the issues are then gone.
