      Corporate arm of power is based on an organised system of concentrating wealth ( and the power that it enables ) into the hands of a few that set up politicians to serve their interests. The people then just contribute to the same psychopathic parasite class.

      The first Labour Govt sought to break that by modifying the system. They did not go far enough nor did they waged war on the perpetrators of power.

      That was a mistake. Labour today has joined support for the parasites.

      There are many other models without looking at capitalism or communism which are words loosely describing relatively recent political stand points.

      The “evil’ we live with is power in the hands of manipulators, who have little will for public / societal good.

      When NZ votes in a bunch of corporate investor puppets with a banker leading them, you have to ask what’s wrong. How does it happen.

      The answers may provide a clue as to the change of direction needed.

      But what capitalism has done to the planet will probably catch up with us first.
      Being an effective resistance to power is a start.

    There will be higher concentrations in pockets and variation with seasons and temperature. Moana Loa has been used as a monitor but questioning its comparative indications must be not over looked. Moana Loa is under US control.

    The figures given from Moana Loa show a rise of about 3 ppm in the last year when averaged out.

    The recent peak at Moana Loa is reported to be close to 408 ppm.

    Moana loa is amid a wide expanse of ocean and many land locked areas will be much higher, some with astonishing peaks.

    Global CO2 as monitored is steadily rising almost in a straight line graph and NZ is dong vertically nothing to change than except adding more dairy and fertiliser to fed the banks so increases form NZ are not being avoided. Kiwi rails decision, increased road transport and a glut of cars point to no effective Govt intervention and of course more petro- chemical exploration is being encouraged.

    Adds aimed at increasing consumption of animal products proliferate and little or no public education on the effect of these products harming health of both people and the planet is found in schools or wider society.

    Deforestation for purposes of growing animal grazing is a pat of the stupidly linked with animal product demand, much of that demand being artificially created.

    “Milk builds healthy bones” is bullshit in fact milk is strongly linked with osteoporosis as it weakens bones and plays havoc with the gut and immune system. This crap is still taught in schools.
