  1. Sky City .Fletcher Builders has the contract to build the extensions,
    Almost $500 million .
Fletchers are apparently owned by an American company. Article in Wake up New Zealand shows a list of shareholders in big banks worldwide.
John Key has two trusts one blind so cant be checked, article states JK is involved in shares of American banks.
There is more to it than just shares,America banks own most of NZ banks through Australian named subsiduries, which mean America has hold of our money and JK is part of that banking system.
The article shows how the elite (of which JK is part of) looks after its own,not the people of NZ. JK is still an American bankster.
The first article today tells of Americas money(or lack of it) will bring the country down and China’s monetary system is on the rise, so its in JKs personal interest to support the American banks or he will lose his money .It all ties in ,read the article.

  2. ‘We are deeply disturbed’: 343 British academics vow to boycott Israeli universities’

    https://www.rt.com/uk/319837-British-boycott-Israel-universities/

“Over 300 scholars from UK institutions have signed a letter vowing to boycott Israeli universities, citing Tel Aviv’s “illegal occupation” of Palestinian land and “human rights violations.” The move has drawn criticism from Jewish organizations and diplomats.
The letter, signed by 343 academics, appeared as a full-page ad in Tuesday’s Guardian newspaper.

  3. ‘EU Parliament rejects amendments protecting net neutrality’

    https://www.rt.com/news/319847-eu-parliament-net-neutrality/

“European Parliament has voted for a package of EU internet traffic regulations, rejecting all amendments on net neutrality. The move was slammed by activists and companies alike, who say it will allow some to have faster internet access than others.

Opponents also say the move will stifle growth, as not all network traffic will be treated equally. They believe the rules will create “fast lanes” for so-called “specialized services with quality requirements.” This would subsequently mean network owners would be able to offer zero rated services and offer net neutrality exceptions…

…The founder of the worldwide web Sir Tim Berners-Lee was against the move. Speaking before the vote took place, he said: “If adopted as currently written, these rules will threaten innovation, free speech and privacy, and compromise Europe’s ability to lead in the digital economy.”

A number of tech companies signed a letter against the proposals, including Kickstater, Vimeo, BirTorrent and Netflix.

“These problems jeopardize the future of the startup innovation and economic growth in the EU. They also create barriers for US startups and businesses seeking to enter the EU market,” the letter read. “We believe that the future of the open Internet in Europe is at stake and urgent action is warranted.”

  4. To be honest and I do admit I resent FJK spending up large in the UK, courtesy of the NZ taxpayer for the RWC, maybe it wouldn’t seem so bad if he didn’t flaunt himself in the public arena so much, arrogantly boasting, making sure he is in every photo shot with Richie and the boys! Just about every pic of FJK with the ABs has him smirking back at the camera, mocking the rest of us! If he’s not doing that, he’s gazing adoringly at Richie!

The whole RWC business has become a showcase for FJK! Disturbing scenario all round!

FJK owns an apartment in London, so why isn’t he staying there, instead of bleeding the country dry, with him and his equally odious ministers clocking up mega bucks in expensive hotels, all for a game of rugby. At the same time he could also accommodate the rest of his motley mob over there for the RWC. I’m sure his apartment is more than big enough. That would be a very good AUSTERITY measure, if nothing else, something the majority of ordinary Kiwis are expected to endure, some with great pain and misery!

But hey, who gives a big rat’s stinking backside about suffering Kiwis, when there’s a chance to catch Richie and the boys in the showers. Who knows FJK might even strip off himself and join them, offering to massage away the pain from their sweaty, wet, soapy bodies! Seems about what it could come down to, judging creepy FJK’s recent behaviour in the UK! What an absolute embarrassment!

  5. can we remove one layer of insulation from reality..?

..and start calling ‘bacon’ what it really is..?

as in: ‘would you like some some dead-pig-flesh with that sir/madam?’…

  6. So where does this ruling leave the future of investigative journalism in NZ?

“Ruling that hacked files used for book are property means charges possible …

“Dirty Politics author Nicky Hager may face criminal charges over accepting the hacked material used to write the bombshell book, according to documents obtained by the Herald.”

No doubt Martyn and Frank will have something to say about this.
