While you may be told your message has been trashed or disallowed or denied, they are in fact all remaining on site.

We are working on the problem and will have a solution soon.

PS -While we are having this discussion about comments, we have always felt moderated comments were a way to go to avoid trolling. The Internet can be a pretty rude place at times so we wanted to try and reduce that.

How would everyone feel about

a) Direct posts to blogs.

b) Moderation after publishing (if we went down this path we would need volunteer moderators).

c) We are going to start clamping down more on personal abuse between commentators and would like to open up thoughts form you the readers about what you would like to see in terms of comments and what the rules should be.

    Two-thirds of New Zealanders who took part in the latest ONE News Colmar Brunton poll don’t want a new flag.
    The poll, taken before the final four potential flag designs were announced, shows 66 per cent want to keep the current flag, up 2 per cent from 18 months ago.

    It is understood from insiders close to our sources that The Paul Henry Show’s voix de raison Hilary Barry may appear in tonight’s “3 News” in a lemon blouse. Lasr minute negotiations are in progress between One News (Your News), the “Story’ teamn, and Mike and Toni to determine who has the courage to break with a lwmon flash first.
    At the time of publication, it’s understood (from sources close to the stars) that Hilary may win the day.
    Street has never been comfortable with lemon and it’s also understood that the Hoskings’ squeeze’ (formerly a One News autocue reader)), and the dark-haired ‘du-Plessey-Woifbeeeda-oops Ellen is uncomfortabe in most shades of Yellow
