    • Yeah, Bryan Spondre, let’s also do away with visually pungent editorial cartoons and (while we’re at it) disdain to sample broad, transgressive, political humor, such as Jonathan Swift’s “A Modest Proposal”.

Mainstream news has become a tepid parody of itself (reprinting the ‘big dog’s’ press releases in lieu of actual news) and sorely needs the outrageousness of burlesque visual culture and raw intenet memes as a sort of political emetic.

Meanwhile splenetic pustules on the body politic, like Cameron Slater, receive corporate (Canon) awards for insulting the dead, digging through stolen hard drives and bedroom snooping. Now that’s the kind of “thoughtful comment” Neo-Libs thrive on.

    • I agree.
Would have been more insightful if there had been manure on Banks’ suit. Or better still, photoshop-attach the Banks head onto a Mount Eden Prison uniform.
Why is it that ACT politicians/leaders get manure thrown at them? Banks, Brash, Prebble?

    • Adolescent indeed. As now as in the past,Unions call those that cross the picket line scabs.Last evening Parliament applauded a finished politician, who in the fifties political speak would be termed a rat.

Suppose it all depends on the reality of your stand.

  1. John Key has confirmed himself as Americas boy down under, wonder what his reward will be for selling NZ to the American spy agencies and in turn corporates. Hopefully we won’t have too long to find that out. Lets get this American worm out of our Political system.

  2. John Key is owned by the same money that owns Washington.

    The pattern fits perfectly.

His history shows the connections clearly

Nothing to do with whats is good for NZ or Kiwis

He is a dangerous front man for a diabolical mission.
