1. Today on Parl. tv.
   Kevin Hague (Greens) looked amazing, sotto voce, great look, understated but firm questions, definitely the best tie in the house, top marks.
   Best turned out ( sorry repeating myself here) Annette King,(Labour), best jacket & necklace,
   Spikiest hair, Mike Sabin, (Nats)
   Biggest specs, Paul Goldsmith (Nats)
   Most silver hair & accessories, Maryam Street, (Labour)
   Best floral arrangement, Jacqui Dean, (Nats), at least I think it was floral, print dress anyway,
   Best question (imho) Maryam Street (Labour)
   Best supporting outfits:
   Craig Foss, (Nats) pleasant tie there,
   Eugenie Sage, (Greens) nice shiny jacket,
   Gareth Hughes, ( Greens) great tie & great speech as always,
   Sorry, missed Jacinta’s jacket but she always looks great, otherwise not much to comment on jacket wise today. It’s really hard watching t.v. during daylight hours without some interruptions. Oh, did catch the Hon Pita Sharples making his speech in maori,which was most impressive, although I had a visitor so can’t comment apart from the usual suit & tie. So, best speech in te reo, the Hon P. Sharples, (Maori Party)
