I have always known that. It is silly. Employment stats started going down about 10 years ago when businesses like cleaning companies shared out the work and hired more from WINZ. Gave them 2 hours at this place and 4 hours at that place. At the building I work at a lady vacuums goes elsewhere, another comes in and does the toilets goes elsewhere, a different person does my area (secure & maybe 30 minutes) goes elsewhere. Same stats with the more Jobs advertised when the rules said EVERY job had to be advertised, even if you already have someone for it. Now the newspapers have jobs for Lawyers and doctors, CEO’s when those things used to be word of mouth and advertised in specialised magazines
