It’s depressing that television technology and television content are on such opposite trajectories: digital, super hi-def gazillion-pixel images that are improving all the time, versus mind-numbing crap like The Block and the blockhead (Paul Henry) that is locked in a death spiral of inanity. Give it ten years and we’ll all be running an endless loop of an aquarium on those massive screens instead of “programmes.”
