After stepping down from the National Party yesterday, John Key has appointed Aaron Gilmore as the Workers Rights Commissioner at the Human Rights Commission.

“I’m comfortable with that”, Key shrugged at journalists at this mornings press conference as Judith Collins was left to explain the decision.

Sporting white face paint with a bright lipstick grin and green hair, Judith Collins is claimed to have told startled reporters, “You wanna know how I got these scars? My dad was a drinker…and a fiend. One night he goes off crazier than usual. Mommy goes to grab the kitchen knife to defend herself. He doesn’t like that. Not…one..bit. He comes at me with the knife and says ‘Why So Serious’. He sticks the blade in my mouth and says ‘Let’s Put a Smile on that Face’ and….why so serious?”

When pressed on the hiring of Aaron Gilmore as Workers Rights Commissioner, Collins said, “Nobody embodies the pure malicious nature of screwing over workers that helps National Party MPs get out of bed each morning better than Aaron. Threatening jobs when wine isn’t forthcoming, demanding from service staff if they are aware of his identity and indicating that the Prime Minister himself may wish to become involved in the sacking of hospitality workers sums up this Government’s contempt for workers almost as well as the appointment of Susan Devoy exemplifies our hatred for Race Relations Commissioner.”

Susan Devoy was approached for comment and said how hard it was getting $200 000 for a job she was totally unqualified for. “I understand racism. I was called cracker once in the 1970s.”
