Winston desecrating Benjamin Doyle and remembering that time Robert Muldoon destroyed Colin Moyle
The despicable manner in which Winston Peters has smeared Green MP Benjamin Doyle is an egregious and homophobic attack.
We expect this level of malice, spite and hate from Detective Ani O’Brien and Inspector Wishart, but Winston is an elder statesman who should know now better.
But he doesn’t.

I remember that Moyle was a fast rising star and had achieved the considerable feat of diverting to Labour much of the National Party support from farmers.
He was definitely a danger to National.
He enraged Muldoon by questioning Rob’s involvement in MARAC Investments(then under legal scrutiny) and Muldoon used confidential information provided by NZ Police to attack him.
