  1. Does being “the best politician” mean being a complete a’hole for a few people with the money? What a sad state of affairs.

    1. Agree. ..any fool can see that he’s a fraud and an out ‘n’ out wanker to boot….

It is little wonder that most of the key N.Z. stats are close to the bottom of the OECD rankings now…

The standard of politicians in power now is woeful and goofball idiots like Seymour are lowering the bar even further… all …the…fucking… time….he is nothing to be proud of!

  2. As others have alluded to, your definition of politician is pretty narrow and considers all the negative aspects of a politician such as being an attention grabbing, vote seeking, self centred, narcissistic, self serving and populist prick (being polite here) as the norm and what we should judge political prowess as.
It may well be what NZ has become, but not all of us accept such traits are acceptable let alone desirable.

  3. He’s great at stupid pranks and poking his nose into things that are not his concern. Has delusions of grandeur in the ‘Just leave it with me, I’ll get it sorted out’ department.
Things that impress men (sorry to the reasonable men who comment here) and making out he’s a real bloke, the big man. Having a girlfriend has really gone to his head.
Bit late. We still know he’s just a robot boy.
He has a way of expressing his self-perceived victimhood that appeals to men who still want their mummies to look after them,

I know someone whose main priority for the Auckland mayoralty is finding out who will guarantee the continued use of Western Springs Speedway. That’s the level of thinking the left is up against.
Chippy’s sausage rolls and earnest young women candidates don’t appeal to that demographic.

People whose lives are comfy aren’t interested in wider problems that affect most people. They have very small horizons that don’t go further than the nearest cafe in their leafy suburb where the drug dealing is efficiently and quietly run, not so obvious.

Seymour and Luxon might be locking horns but sadly, I think Luxon’s horns have already fallen off and Seymour will win that encounter. It’s just a shame he’s not on the side of most NZders.

  4. His actions withe the security guard shows his utter contempt for a man paid to do a job. They should have let him drive up the steps then we may have seen the back of his gun toting , child harming, worker hating mob he has sitting behind him.

  5. ‘Also, the GREATEST Maori New Zealand has ever produced!’
Zelda Te Kareni, of Ngati Porangi has spoken again of her admiration for Koretake Taurekareka. I understand they are both members of Nga Titoitoi with affiliations to Kai Tutae and Nga Mitimiti Korotore Merikana.

  6. He is a pathetic bullshitter who has never had a real job. Working as part of a Nazi think tanks in Canada and elsewhere counts for nothing. He is so ideological (and on false premises of equality – FFS!) he is unable to relate to normal people. While Karl Popper and Ayn Rand may be an active audience for his BS, anyone outside this neoliberal thought will not understand his real motives – reduce (eliminate if possible) government interaction in the economy – only there to ensure property rights and nothing further; and ensuring law and order for private business interests to control everything. For those who are over the ridiculous commodification of everything by the likes of Mr See-nothing, will increasingly distance themselves from this nonsense BS

  7. The classic politics of illusion – Renaming madness as normal.
I think we’ve confused the criteria of qualities for jobs in Parliament with the DMS-5 checklist -:

The DSM-5 requires that someone meet at least 5 of the following 9 criteria to get a narcissistic personality disorder diagnosis. Someone with NPD might:

    • Exhibit grandiosity in self-perception and behaviour

    • Be preoccupied with things such as success, beauty, or power

    • Believe they’re so unique and special that they could only be understood by or associated with very high-status individuals or institutions

    • Have an intense need for admiration

    • Maintain a sense of entitlement

    • Exhibit behavior that’s interpersonally exploitative

    • Show almost no empathy for others

    • Feel envious of people they encounter, or believe others are envious of them

    • Seem arrogant

    1. Oh dear there’s me gone. It seems all-encompassing. Drawn up by a NZr possibly, who people inform me have soft centres, and difficulty asserting opinions in personal matters.

  8. Seymour has a an ego as fragile as an eggshell…

He’s easy to trip up as those girls down in Christchurch demonstrated with consumate ease when they photo bombed and then challenged him during one of his street election campaign speeches in front of the Bridge of Rememberance..

He didn’t know what to do and his response was nonsensical, weak and pathetic….
as were his pathetic retorts at Guy Williams up at Waitangi ….he just can’t handle being challenged..it’s pretty obvious.

Note as soon as the questioning got too pointed and tough he pulled up
his tent and left like a spoilt indulged child…surrounded by bodyguards of course …because he’s just sooo tough.

So emboldened is he now, due to his massive unwarranted ego and Luxon’s non-existent leadership and Prime Ministerial skills, that he thinks that nothing is off the table.

People like Seymour…there only by the dint of big money eventually implode… his failed $3 upchuckmuck lunch in schools attempt demonstrates that talk is cheap and the reality is that he couldn’t organise a pissup in brewery…

This is just the canary in the coalmine…

  9. An embarrassment to New Zealand as his dancing with the no stars indicated and now this very immature land-rover stunt.
    Sadly Luxon is piss weak.

  10. Yes Seymour is a good politician, if that means being a good snake oil salesman , then he’s the best especially when he’s got Brownlee and Luxon by the b…lls. How is it a TPM member can get sent to the privileges committee for “allegedly saying “most politicians are adept at lying”..well duh! Yet Seymour can ignore laws & instructions, lie and abuse somebody doing his job knowing full well the pathetically biased speaker will do nothing!
