  1. They should be culling @ the top get rid of the top Managers too much hierarchy and these people protect their jobs and get rid of the ones on the front line doing the hard mahi having to face irate clients.
    MSD top level Managers are mostly Pakeha women and the same goes for Oranga Tamariki (who should change their name back to cyfs) they have like ten top Managers get rid of most of them they don’t even have a social workers degree or experience in this field (all business people) and they are also predominantly Pakeha and why is that, white privilege, racism, discrimination call it what you like but it is obvious.
