If a rogue state declares itself the “Jewish state” then it must be OK to call out the Jewish residents of the Jewish state. It’s not antisemitic, it’s using the appropriate language to describe the State as it wishes to be known. Being Jewish doesn’t grant some special exemption from criticism.
