I fear Trump’s brush with death and his belief that God saved him has spawned some weird desire for a new White Christian Empire that includes Canada, Greenland and Panama Canal.

Alongside cleansing Gaza and green lighting Netanyahu’s annexation of the West Bank while forcing Zelensky to surrender to Putin and call that peace.

But that’s more Year 2, Greenland, Canada and Panama Canal are all Year 1.

My fear is Trump’s new God delusion will make him take risks sane leaders wouldn’t and that when he doubles down and wins, it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Imagine if Trump ‘gets’ Greenland, Canada and the Panama Canal?

The ‘get’ will be open to interpretation, but he will be able to hold them up and his perceived victories will force the planet and his own population to cower while his MAGA acolytes gain more social power than they’ve had since literacy became a thing.

The Greenland ‘Get’

My guess is the play will be Trump setting up a polling team in Greenland to start pushing for the argument that Greenland should have a non binding referendum on whether Greenland should become an American territory.

Musk will saturate Greenland social media, the offer will be American citizenship, new job investment via a massive new American military base and new mining.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t offer $500 000US for each Greenlander if the referendum passes.

Trump’s people will squeak through a bare minimum majority on the referendum and use that as a means to leverage a new American military base and mining operation and call that a victory.

 

The Canada ‘Get’

Here Trump uses the tariffs to cause economic carnage for Canada and forces an economic annexation of Canada.

Trump appeals to the MAGA Canadian Trucker movement by arguing that Canada needs to sign a new Treaty and he will make the Treaty so pro American that Canada becomes the 51st State in all but name.

The new hard right Canadian Government about ti get elected in Canada is as far right as ACT and pro-free market. The new treaty Trump forces upon them will allow American business to pillage Canada’s natural resources, attempt to privatise their health system and agrees to joint Military command of the border against Russia.

Trump will announce Canada is the 51st State of America in all but name and people will begrudgingly give him that win as well.

 

The Panama Canal ‘Get’

People forget that right after he was elected, Daddy George Bush invaded Panama to replace the corrupt CIA client dictator they had originally put in with a new CIA client dictator that gave them a better deal, so Trump could walk a well trodden path of invading far weaker South American countries on trumped up charges.

I think Trump will suddenly claim the Chinese are allowing terrorists to ship a super Fentanyl through the Panama Canal and he suddenly needs to take it over to save blah blah blah.

Trump seizing the Panama Canal simply can’t be ruled out.

After winning a referendum in Greenland that gives him huge concessions on a new military base and mining interests, after economically annexing Canada with a perverse new Treaty that is deeply one sided and allows Trump to claim Canada is 51st state in all but name, after seizing the Panama Canal and forcing a new deal that allows America to remain while giving them cheaper rates – after doing all these 3 things to a level that Trump can claim victory will force the rest of the planet to grovel in fear at his thrust.

Palestinians and Ukrainians should feel a creeping terror at his orange fascism.

Wait until Trump finds out NZ won’t allow nuclear ships to visit us.
