Trump Always Chickens Out – Iran wins and global economy suffers because of his insane geopolitical blunder
Donald Trump’s Iran ceasefire climbdown has left chaos in its wake, and the global economy is now paying for it. What was sold as strength looks far more like another reckless geopolitical stunt that handed Iran leverage, rattled oil markets, and exposed Trump’s bluster for what it is.
Cough. The Trump Iran ceasefire is being sold as some grand act of strength, but it looks far more like what it always was: a bully lashing out, then panicking when the consequences got real.
Ultimately, Trump is a bully, and all bullies are cowards.
His reliance on a religious fanatic like Hegseth to carry out the worst geopolitical blunder since Vietnam alongside the ease with which Netanyahu manipulated him into an illegal war against Iran combined with his own inflated sense of invincibility after bullying and bribing the corrupt Venezuelan crony revolutionary regime into submission all combined to produce a toxic cocktail of hyper arrogance and bewildering ignorance.
So how the hell did Iran come out ahead?
Iran is by far the winner in this ceasefire.
The destruction Iran has wrought upon Israel and the oil infrastructure around the Gulf as well as their crippling chokehold on the Strait has ironically tightened the theocracy’s hold on the Iranian population.
Trump and Netanyahu took a sick and frail Iran and gave it a victory!!!
None of Trump’s daily changing reasons why he and Israel had to start an illegal war, bomb schools, start a global energy crisis, commit war crimes, threaten more war crimes and then promise genocide have been met.
Iran has a more hardline leader.
The regime has more control over the people than ever before.
They hold the Strait.
They still have their nuclear material.
And now they’ve got leverage to demand reparations, a permanent cessation of hostilities and force Israel to stop attacking Lebanon.

Here’s the hope. That by strangling off the Strait, Iran can now leverage America into paying for the damage they caused plus a lifting of sanctions because ultimately the only way the theocracy loses its grip on Iranian society is if it becomes prosperous in its own right.
Prosperity earned by the middle class does more to dismantle authoritarian regimes than anything else.
Maybe Trump’s blunder could actually resolve some of Iran’s problems?
Then again, the Baby King might have another tantrum and decide to nuke the entire Iranian Coast because he gets his MAGA feels hurt.
