  1. What progress has been made in the last 6 years expect for those running consulting agencies certainly not those hildren living in poverty.

    1. I was wondering the same thing. If all we’ve got to lose is the gains of the last 6 years I suddenly don’t feel very worried.

And actually it sums up neo-liberalism perfectly – the gains of the left are always skin deep.

  2. Labour were on track to being a 1 term government until Covid spared them. It just got worse, that’s all. Yep, ACT is hard right but its no good saying, yes I know Labour is largely a talentless collection of otherwise unemployable idiots, but ACT will be worse but for different reasons. If voters cast their votes that way it’s only because this Labour government and the pointless repellent Green Party have driven them that way!

Look at Labour, a dual caucus hidden agenda party and those whose cause dominates are delivering the most unappealing effects to voters at every level. As for the remainder, including our PM, they have no cause other than to play grown up politicians!

  3. I suspect that the ruling classes allowing (new) Labour governments like the ones in the UK, New Zealand, and now, Australia is part of the plan. That way the population can be inoculated against real socialism with a harmless / weakened / dead strain of the virus (it also helps keep those greedy right wing politicians in line). Give the people a few years of bureaucracy building, virtue signalling and identity politics and that should put them off ever expecting healthcare, human rights, free education and all those other ‘commie’ crimes. In the words of Juice Media: Modern Labour parties are just ‘Shite Lite’.

  4. Since when did the UK have a labour government? They have a new PM but she is from the existing Conservative government.
