    Nice.

    I cannot decide which of the two are more threatening to our ability to think discerningly while being well-informed.

    On second thoughts, I think Roughan is probably the more threatening.

There is a tight and thoroughly corrupt relationship between between the daily “newspapers”, the alcohol industry, and the police, as described by former Dunedin police officer Tom Lewis in his book ‘Coverups and Copouts’. As the consensus for drug law reform grows, the denouncements from pulpits like the Herald and the Otago Daily Times will become ever more shrill, and devoid of relevant facts. Television and radio media may be more interested in reporting the facts, as they have a less cozy relationship with the alcohol industry and as always, the internet provides useful channels for identifying and correcting the spin from the booze barons (and let’s nor forget the long-suffering cigarette czars whose market share is also potentially threatened by legal cannabis).

    insane ! they need to ban this stuff ASAP
