  1. 2014 was a crazy campagin and I can see how it just become in the end too much white noise for a lot of people and so ended up in another term for National.

    Now in 2017 there is no white noise , the issues are clear housing, poverty, environment we can go on , the article in the NZ Herald today about the midwife who spoke out is a clear example of what this country is becoming.

    For me what happens on Saturday will show me where we are headed as a nation.

  2. Capitalism works, but only for as long as we can keep borrowing from our future to pay for it. This rightly troubles younger people more than it does older people.

  3. If the Nats win a 4th term in office, it will signify that lies and dirty politics will win out over truth and decency. Not exactly the best lesson to be teaching our kids, is it?
