@Ada – I agree, me too BUT Renee Good was not trying to run the ICE Agent down. If you look at the clip that was being filmed by someone else, not the bodycam of the ICE Agent, she said to the ICE Agent standing near to her vehicle that she was not mad at him/them and then if you watch carefully, as she starts to drive off the front wheels of her vehicle are turned right and remained turned right – they were not facing straight ahead, so she was aiming to drive her vehicle down the road, away from where she had initially been parked. So the inference I draw from that is that she was not a terrorist as Trump and his clowns are trying to make out, she was simply wanting to drive away.
If the ICE Agent was hit by her vehicle, and I cannot say that he wasn’t hit by her vehicle, there would not have been any intent on her part.
Policing and arrests are very dynamic- the situation changes very rapidly.
Her intentions in the moment aren’t really the issue. She drove her car into a law enforcement officer standing in front of her car, after backing her car and turning it so it faced the officer. So that’s two deliberate actions.
