Secret courts secret trials.
Some time this month the 47 year old business man charged with assaulting James is to face trial.
James Shaw was violently attacked the day before the Christchurch massacre. According to witnesses the man yelled comments against the United Nations compact on immigration. Opposition to he United Nations Compact on Immigration was also written on one of the guns used to murder 51 people the very next day.
The mass murder and this unknown assailant share a common hatred of non-white immigrants.
James Shaw received a fractured eye socket.
If the man charged with this very serious assault is found guilty, a term of imprisonment is warranted. On being convicted this man’s name suppression needs to be ended.
Anything less would be a grave miscarriage of justice.
Sending the wrong signal to anti-immigrant extremists and white supremacists.
